Supplies needed.
Font of choice for your name.
I am using Selfish
Tube of  choice.
I am using Lady X Exclusive available at Picsfordesign
Tube is not to be used without the correct licence.
Scrap kit of choice.
I am using Party Of The Year by Pimp'd Designz available at PimpMyTagWithScraps 
Items I am using from this kit are...
Paper 5, paper 9, wire 1, disco ball, clock 2, sparkle 1,


Note
This tutorial was written in PSP 9.
Double click on your font and minimize.
Open all other supplies in paintshop.
Open a new image, 600 w x 250 h at 72 dpi.

1. Selections/ select all.
Re-size paper 5 to 600 pixels wide.
Edit/ Copy, paste into selection.
Add a new raster layer,
Re-size paper 9 to 600 pixels wide.
Edit/ copy, paste into selection.
Selections. select none.
Using your rectangle selection tool with a feather of 35
select the top half of your paper.
Hit delete on your keyboard.

2. Re-size wire 1 to 600 pixels wide.
Edit/ copy, paste as a new layer.
Position to your liking at the bottom.
Layers/ duplicate, Image/ Mirror, Layers/ merge/ merge down.
Add a drop shadow of choice.
I have used....
V3,  H3,  O60,  B5, C#000000

3. Edit/ copy your disco ball.
Paste as a new layer.
Position to your liking on the left hand side.
Add the same drop shadow as before.

4. Edit/ copy your clock,
paste as a new layer.
Image/ re-size to 250 pixels wide.
All layers un-tabbed.
Position over the top of the disco ball.
Add a drop shadow of choice.
I have used......
V2,  H2,  O100,  B1, C#000000

5. Copy sparkle 1, paste as a new layer.
Position to the right of the clock.
Lower the layer opacity to 57%

6. Copy fireworks 2.
Paste as a new layer and position to your liking.
Mine is down slightly from where it pastes.
Copy fireworks 1.
Paste as a new layer.
Re-size to 250 pixels wide.
All layers un-tabbed.
Move up slightly.

7. Copy your tube, paste as a new layer.
Re-size your tube to 280 pixels wide,
all layers un-tabbed.
Image/ mirror.
Layers/ properties, change the blend mode to Luminance legacy.
Position her towards the center right so her legs and feet are in view.

8. Copy your tube, paste as a new layer.
Re-size your tube to 280 pixels wide,
all layers un-tabbed.
Position her towards the bottom.
Add your copy right info and name.
Layers/ merge / merge visible and save.

9. For a matching avatar open a new image 180 x 180
Copy your merged signature image,
paste as a new layer.
Add your copy right info and Initial.
Layers/ merge / merge visible and save.
