Supplies needed.
Font of choice for your name.
I am using The Mocking Bird
Tube of  choice.
I am using one by Danielle Pioli
Mine is Robert and available at MyTubedArt 
Tube is not to be used without the correct licence.
Plugins needed.
Eye Candy 4000
AAA frames fotoframe


Note
This tutorial was written in PSP 9.
Double click on your font and minimize.
Install your plugins.
Open a new image, 600 w x 250 h at 72 dpi.

1. Select a colour from your tube.
I am using #f6f2e6 and flood fill your new image.
Copy the bottom image  layer of the tube.
Paste as a new layer.
Effects/ image effect/ seamless tiling.
Lower layer opacity to 70%.
Rename this layer to 1

Layers/ merge/ merge visible.

2. Copy your tube layer.
Paste as a new layer.
Rename this layer to 2
Effects/ texture effects/ mosaic glass
Layers/ Duplicate. Rename layer to 2a
Layers/ Duplicate. Rename layer to 2b


3. Copy your tube layer.
Paste as a new layer.
Move over to the bottom right
hand corner.
Rename this layer to 3
Add a drop shadow.
I am using H3, V3, O100, B9, colour #000000

4. Activate layer 2.
Effects/ plugins/ eye candy 4000/ jiggle

Activate layer 2a.
Effects/ plugins/ eye candy 4000/ jiggle
Same setting but adjust the warp layer to 9.20
Activate layer 2b.
Effects/ plugins/ eye candy 4000/ jiggle
Same setting but adjust the warp layer to 6.20

5. Activate your top layer.
Close layers 2a and 2b.
Layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Effects/ plugins/ AAA frames/ Foto frame

Edit, Copy.
Open animation shop.
Edit/ Paste as a new animation.
Go back to paintshop.
Edit/ undo, Edit/ undo.
Close layer 2 and open 2a.
Layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Effects/ plugins/ AAA frames/ Foto frame
Same settings.
Edit, Copy.
Open animation shop.
Edit/ Paste after current frame
Go back to paintshop.
Close layer 2a and open 2b
Layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Effects/ plugins/ AAA frames/ Foto frame
Same settings.
Edit, Copy.
Open animation shop.
Edit/ Paste after current frame

6. Create your name and copyright in paintshop as normal,
copy the file and paste as a new animation into animation shop.
Copy the name in animation shop, activate your sig ,
Edit/ select all, edit/ propogate paste, edit/ paste into selected frame.
Save.

7. Open a new image 150 x 150 for your avatar.
Edit/ Copy, Edit/ paste after current frame.
Continue pasting after current frame until you
have a total of 3 frames.
Activate your animated signature,
animation/ re-size to 80%
Using you crop tool crop the animation to the same
size as your av image so you have the part you want
as your AV image.
Edit/ select all.
Activate your avatar, Edit/ select all.
edit/ propogate paste, Edit / paste into selected frame.

8. Create your name or Initial in paintshop,
copy the file and paste as a new animation into animation shop.
Copy the name in animation shop, activate your AV,
Edit/ select all, edit/ propogate paste, edit/ paste into selected frame.
Repeat this for any copyright you haven't yet added  and then file/save as.
