Supplies needed.
Font of choice for your name and text.
I am using Christmas On Crack
Tube of  choice.
I am using a free tube available for this tut only please here.
Tube is not to be used without the correct copyright info in the file.
Mask of choice.
I am using Mask 344 available here
Scrap kit Gothic Fantasy by Bits N Bobs available here
Scraps I am using from this kit are as follows....
Paper 11, GF58, GF42, GF26, GF35, GF5, GF3,

Note
This tutorial was written in PSP 9
Open all supplies in paintshop except the font.
Double click on your font and minimize.
Open a new image, 500 x 500 at 72 dpi.

1. Re-size your paper to 500 pixels wide,
Copy, paste as a new layer
Layers/ New mask layer/ from image,
Find your mask image,
Source luminance tabbed, Invert mask data untabbed.
Ok.
Layers/ merge group.


2. Re-size G58 to 400 pixels wide, copy,
paste as a new layer.
Copy the close up of your tube,
paste as a new layer.
Re-size this close up layer to 380 pixels high
all layers un tabbed.
Position to your liking.

3. Activate your frame layer.
With your magic wand select the center of the frame.
Selections/ Modify/ Expand by 1 pixel.
Selections/ Invert.
Activate your close up tube layer.
With your eraser rub away the bottom part of the
tube so she looks like she is popping out the
top of the frame.
Add a drop shadow if you wish to do so.
I have used V 3, H 3, O 100, B 5.00 Colour black.

4. Copy your full size tube, paste as a new layer.
Image/ Mirror.
Re-size this tube layer to 350 pixels high all layers un-tabbed.
Position to the bottom right to your liking.
Add a drop shadow if you want one,
I have used... V 3, H 3, O 100, B 9.0, Colour: 000000

5. Activate the masked paper  layer.
Re-size GF5 to 350 pixels high, copy, paste as a new layer.
Position to the top right corner.
Layers/ Duplicate, Layers/ Merge/ Merge down.
Layers/ Duplicate, Image/ Mirror, Image / Flip,
Layers/ Merge/ Merge down.
Rub away any part of this decoration that shows inside the frame.

6. Activate the tube close up layer.
Re-size GF42 to 250 pixels wide, copy, paste as a new layer.
Position so the right wing looks like it is coming out
of the close ups back.
Rub away the left part of the wing.
Add a drop shadow if you want one,
I have used... V 3, H 3, O 100, B 9.0, Colour: 000000

7. Copy  GF26 paste as a new layer,
position at bottom left, position to your liking.
Add a drop shadow if you want one,
I have used... V 3, H 3, O 100, B 9.0, Colour: 000000

8. Activate the close up tube layer.
Re-size GF35 to 250 pixels wide, copy, paste as a new layer.
Position to the left of the frame.
If needed use your mesh warp tool to adjust parts to your liking.
Add a drop shadow if you want one,
I have used... V 3, H 3, O 100, B 9.0, Colour: 000000

9. Activate the top layer.
Re-size GF3 to 150 pixels wide, copy, paste as a new layer.
Position to your liking. Mine is over the bottom left corner.
Add a drop shadow if you want one,
I have used... V 3, H 3, O 100, B 9.0, Colour: 000000

10. Layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Add all copyright info, name and save.
